Mythology of Morphosis

Far East Ancient civilizations adored their gods, White Tiger, Blue and Yellow Dragon, Hyunmoo, Jujak, Girin, Three Legged Crow and Haechi.

The ancient civilizations believed that these imaginary gods could protect the people from their fear of flooding, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and enemy attacks.

These gods were represented by hybrids and mutations of animals through paintings and statues.

In connection with these morphological constructions, I was inspired to develop a collection that encompasses the ideas of transformation and symbolism through the use of artificial materials and mutational anatomy.

Mythology of morphosis represents designs that are composed into various structures.
